Manley Deas Kochalski is an attorney & professional services firm here in Columbus, OH who has a commitment to two things: their clients and technology. They’ve combined those two worlds to develop a suite of world-class services that are enhanced by some pretty sophisticated tech. They built their own client portal and case management software, for crying out loud!
The Problem
When MDK approached us, they had a really clear issue: They had invested so much into their client care process that the main, externally-facing website had fallen by the wayside. It was extremely hard for their team to maintain, which meant that most of the information was out of date, confusing new prospects. They had already engaged a designer to update their logo, so it was up to BLB to take that new logo and use it as inspiration for an all-new web experience.
Our Solution
The new MDK website is everything the old one wasn’t - visually stunning, easy to maintain, and most important, representative of the quality and care they put into each case they manage. We worked with their team to develop a site that checks every box: an extensive blog, a filterable attorney directory with detailed bios, and integration with their applicant tracking system, to name a few. Now MDK has a site that not only looks great, but is also an effective sales tool that results in warm leads coming in that know what to expect from their firm before even chatting with a member of the team.
